Back to the Future Musical!

Today I finished off my Westend theatre marathon by watching Back to the Future the Musical at the Adelphi Theatre. From the minute I walked in I was immersed into the futuristic theming of the auditorium. The production itself was absolutely electrifying- stunning visual effects from start to finish keeping the audience on the edge of their seats from the word go. The cast were superb-  Cory English as Doc Brown and Vasco Emauz as Marty were absolutely perfect, such a close representation to the classic film and so much energy and characterization. High energy and catchy musical numbers with some fantastic choreography. I was in the second row from the front right on the far left, this seat was superb for £20- spacious and a great view. The finale was out of this world, I'm not going to give too much away but what they can do special effects-wise in the theatre these days is just something else. Loved every second of this show and it thoroughly deserved its standing ovation!
